Title: Oriental Salad

Yield: 2 Servings

  Thin strips of cooked roast beef, turkey
  Chicken or pork
1cCooked long grain rice
2 Eggs, scrambled w/out fat
1/2cDiagonally sliced celery
2tbSliced green onions
1lgRadish, thinly sliced/quarte
2tbTeriyaki or soy sauce
3tsDry sherry
3tsPeanut oil
1/4tsGarlic powder
1/4tsHoney
2dsDry mustard
2dsGround ginger
  Lettuce leaves

In a salad bowl, combine meat, rice, eggs, celery, green onions and radish. In a small bowl, combine teriyaki or soy sauce, sherry, oil, garlic powder, honey, dry mustard and ginger. Stir.
